How many pets are allowed per townhome?
We allow up to 2 pets per apartment.
Is there a weight restriction?
We do not have a weight restriction. Mansions accepts dogs of all sizes in our community.
Are there breed restrictions?
The following dog breeds are restricted in our community: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, English Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Presa Canaria, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid.
Are other pets allowed?
We allow all pets besides reptiles that require a heat lamp (for safety reasons).
Is there a designated dog park/dog area?
Dogs can go anywhere on the property as long as they stay on a leash and their owner picks up after them.
Are washer/dryer units included in the townhome?
Each apartment comes with washer/dryer hookup. Most apartments do not come with a washer/dryer. Please confirm with the leasing office once you select your unit.
Is Trash and Recylcing Service Included?
Yes! Weekly on-site trash and recycling is included.
Electric/water?

Electric and water are both charged based on individual use.

Do you offer short-term leases?
We offer 12 month leases only. After the 12 months is up, month-to-month is an option for an additional monthly fee.
What fees do I have to pay?

Administration Fee: $300
Application Fee: $75 per applicant
Pet Fee
$400-non refundable pet fee per cat or dog (up to two).
All other pets do not require a fee.
No monthly pet rent!
